'The Empty Shop'

Ok, so the other day, I was walking round Manchester Arndale centre after uni, and I noticed something unusual.

There was this thing set up, and when I walked over to have a look at it, one of the people there explained to me what it was.

It is this idea called 'The Empty Shop', which started in Brazil (if I remember correctly), and it is a place where you can go and donate all your old clothes, and they get sent to charity and help homeless people.

Unfortunately, I lost the flyer they gave me, and I can't remember much about it, but I have found an article about it if you want to give it a read!

REVIEW; Urban Decay Primer Potion

Ok, so I know I said I would do this yesterday but I forgot... sorry!

but anyway, I recently purchased some Urban Decay Primer Potion in 'Greed', and oh my gosh you guys I love it!

This is what it looks like;

 

and I'm being serious, it is the est thing I've bought. I love how when I put it on, it has a slight gold shimmer to it, making it look like I'm already wearing eyeshadow. It keeps my eyeshadow and my eyeliner in place all day, and it doesn't crease (which I love!)

I actually bought this one off EBay for £4.99, which in my opinion, is an absolute steal! I highly recommend everyone to buy it!

My Everyday Makeup

So, for this post, I will be doing my everyday makeup for you!

The products I use;

First off, I usually cleanse and prime my face, but I forgot to take the photo's of the products. However, I use Garnier Simply Essentials cleansing lotion, and NYC's Face Primer.

I then use my foundation, which is Collection's Lasting Perfection foundation with SPF 20, in the shade Biscuit.

I use one pump of it on the back of my hand, and then use my double-ended powder and foundation brush from H&M to blend it evenly.

I then use my Liquid Concealer in Light from Miss Sporty to cover any blemishes and my under-eye circles.

 After my concealer, I usually do my eyeliner. I have recently purchased a new eyeliner from Primark. I was always skeptical about their makeup, as personally, I thought it would be cheap and tacky (don't get me wrong, I love shopping in Primark, it was just something about the makeup), however, my sister bought this eyeliner and raved about it so much, I decided to try it myself.... and I was surprised! This eyeliner is a lot better than some of the top name brands that I have tried, it is so easy to apply and remove, and I have found it doesn't smudge throughout the day, which I love! (Plus, it was only £1, bargain!)

After my eyeliner, I curl my lashes and apply my 2true mascara, which makes my lashes super long! I then go over them with my NYC Showtime mascara, and I also apply this to my bottom lashes, as I have stopped wearing eyeliner on my waterline. I love these mascaras, and I have found that I don't need to top them up throughout the day, which is a bonus.

 Once I have done my lashes, I then move onto my eyebrows. I usually comb them through, but recently I have been using a clear mascara to keep them in place, which is a God-send! They stay right where I want them and I don't understand why I haven't tried this before! I highly recommend this!

 After I have done all that, I then use my NYC Smooth Skin pressed powder in the shade Naturally Beige. This powder makes my skin so soft and smooth and gives it a flawless look, as well as keeping all my makeup in pace.

Now onto lips... I change my lip products quite often, but today, I decided to go for a simple look; I used my 2true lip gloss in the shade 6 (this product doesn't have a name), and then I used my Nivea lip balm over the top. This gave my lips a slight gloss, and also made them feel soft and hydrated. Like I said, I change this everyday, so this was just a combination I decided to try today.

everyday makeup routine

hi guys! So I have decided that I'm going to post what makeup I wear everyday, as I see a lot of people doing this.

Today's lip choice...

so today, I bought I would show you what lip products I use ^.^

so, at first, I use MUA's matte lipstick in the colour 'Wild Berry'

I live this lipstick, as it isn't a bright red, but has a slight purple tint to it. 

I usually wear this in it's own, but recently, I've been wearing Maybelline's Baby Lips in 'Cherry Me', this adds a slight hint of red to the lip, as well as a sheer cover and hydrates the lip.

so, I started this blog because basically I forgot my login to my other one. I will (hopefully) be starting a youtube channel too, and I will be doing makeup routines, hauls and reviews, as well as other things. 

so I look forward to starting afresh this year, and hope you can come on this journey with me (wow, cheesey)
